A chef by trade, Sue Lewis learnt the art of chocolate making in London under the direction of master chocolatier Paul A. Young.
Sue rapidly made a reputation for herself after moving to Perth, when her small shop in Subiaco was named one of the top 8 chocolate shops in the world by British Airways High Life Magazine.
Sue's chocolates are made using the world’s finest ethically sourced couvertures blended with local, seasonal, often organic produce. They contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar.
Sue Lewis Chocolatier is now located in the heart of Perth in the stunning State Buildings.
Sue prepares her artisan chocolates on site, and welcomes chocolate-lovers with exclusive tasting nights and chocolate classes.

Here at Sue Lewis Chocolatier we use only the world's finest ethically sourced chocolate refusing to compromise on quality.
All our chocolates are handmade and packaged on site within our State Buildings store in Perth, WA. Our filled chocolates are fresh and free from preservatives that change on a regular basis. The chocolates are made from the finest covertures then blended with local, seasonal, often organic produce. Most of our chocolates are gluten-free with plenty of dairy-free & vegan products also available.
